You will manage timelines, run collaborative meetings, and ensure compliance with technical specs across QA, testing, production, and R&D for power conversion products. The role requires 4–7 years in power electronics, deep knowledge of rectifier/UPS design, and strong fundamentals in analog, digital, and control theory.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 4–7 years hands-on experience in power electronics design and development.
• Strong knowledge of industrial-grade rectifier or UPS product design and power conversion.
• Solid grasp of PFC, inverter circuits, buck, boost, and LLC topologies; analog/digital/control basics.
• Fluent English communication; ability to lead projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead rectifier hardware development as Project Lead, manage timelines and meetings.
• Coordinate QA, testing, production, and R&D for power conversion products.
• Review technical accuracy, resolve market/production issues, align with Global processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Serve as Project Lead for rectifier hardware development; manage timelines, run collaborative meetings, and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
  
• Product Development & Testing: Lead and coordinate QA, testing, production, and R&D for new and existing power conversion product lines.
  
• Quality & Problem Solving: Review technical accuracy, resolve market/production issues, and maintain alignment with Global Engineering processes.
  
• Continuous Improvement: Apply emerging industry trends, technologies, and materials to optimize product lines and manufacturing efficiency.
  

Job Specifications & Skills

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent).
  
• Experience: 4-7 years of hands-on experience in power electronics design and development.
  
• Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of Industrial-grade Rectifier or UPS product design, power conversion principles, and manufacturing.
  
• Circuit Design: Expertise in PFC, Inverter circuits, Buck, Boost, and LLC topologies; solid grasp of analog, digital, and control theory.
  
• Soft Skills: Proven ability to manage projects independently, guide team members, meet deadlines, and communicate fluently in English.
