Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of work experience in development, process engineering or quality.
• Basics & working knowledge of GD&T.
• Analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read drawings and form parameters.
• Knowledge of FMEA, ISO TS 16949, quality tools, statistics.
• German language knowledge is an added advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Knowledge of Pro-E and CAD for modeling and drafting.
• Exposure to internal combustion engines and exhaust after-treatment components.
• Willingness to travel and strong communication skills.
• Independent and collaborative work capabilities.

Execute development projects & series support and ensure engineering quality as per BES_PE standards and release the with necessary verification to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Organize and Execute customer sub-projects and ensure high-quality project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in meetings with customers for technical alignments

Provide technical inputs, participate and contribute to resolving technical issues, ensuring product quality

• Notify possible Risks, Provide Information & Data on Development metrics report areas for improvement

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and best practices related to Project management, sustainable product/system development and engineering

• Participate in Product innovation and continuous Process improvement, Implement innovative/creative concepts in development projects as Invention reports

Requirements

• 1. 1/2 years of work experience in development / Process engineering/ Quality
• 2. Basics & working knowledge of GD&T
• 3. Analytical reasoning ability and experience in practical application of Problem-solvingtools
• 4. Good knowledge on reading drawings and Form parameters
• 5. Knowledge of FMEA’s, ISO TS 16949,Quality tools, statistics
• 6. Knowledge of German language is an added advantage
• 7. Good communication skills written and spoken in English language
• 8. Knowledge on Pro-E, CAD software for modeling and drafting will be added advantage
• Good Knowledge on internal combustion engines and application of Exhaust after treatment components.
• Understand generic issues w.r.t Product capabilities and limitations
• Basic awareness of quality management tools Viz. FMEA, DRBFM, 8D, FLOW / OneQ etc.,
• Risk assessment: Able to prepare a risk assessment based on FMEA - Able to discuss a risk assessment to internal panel
• Should be able to handle project independently and collaboratively; should be able to foresee likely problems and plan for suitable approach.
• Should be willing to accept responsibility & show results.
