Job summary

Bosch is seeking a qualified engineer for product development and project management in Bengaluru, India. You will lead development work packages and sub-projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery while aligning with customer requirements.

You will also support knowledge management and continuous improvement initiatives, applying data analytics and, where possible, machine learning concepts to development processes. A Bachelor's in Engineering and 1–4 years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical or related) required.
• 1-4 years experience in Product Development, Design, Functional Analysis & Investigation.
• Exposure to Project management work packages beneficial.
• Knowledge of product development processes, standards, design and BES practices.

Job Description

To execute Product development work packages and Customer sub-projects for Conventional Diesel fuel injection ensure the work packages are completed meeting Time, Quality & cost targets.

Product Engineering :- Execute development projects & series support and ensure engineering quality as per BES_PE standards and release the with necessary verification to ensure customer satisfaction.

Project Management : Organize and Execute customer sub-projects and ensure high quality project delivery and customer satisfaction. Participate in meetings with customers for technical alignments

Quality And Risk Management :-Provide technical inputs, participate and contribute to resolving technical issues, ensuring product quality Notify possible Risks, Provide Information & Data on Development metrics report areas for improvement

Knowledge Management:- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and best practices related to Project management, sustainable product/system development and engineering

Innovation Management :- Participate in Product innovation and continuous Process improvement, Implement innovative/creative concepts in development projects as Invention reports

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical or Related streams)

1-4 years experience in Product Development, Design, Product Functional Analysis & Investigation, Exposure to Project management work packages
