Listenlights is a leading MEP service provider offering turnkey projects across India. The Sr. Engineer – Estimation accurately estimates cost, time, materials, labor, and equipment for specific projects, performs cost analyses, and ensures resource management to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities include tender analysis, supplier liaison, and value engineering, with documentation and reporting to senior management. Engineering degree with 4–7 years of estimation experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Analyze tender documents and related designs, drawings, and schedules.
• Evaluate tender documents, pricing and commercial aspects with suppliers.
• Engage with suppliers on technical and commercial aspects.
• Conduct value engineering based on client budgets.
• Maintain project records and certification documents.
• Prepare Pre-Qualification documents for standards and projects.
• Develop project tracking tools and reports for senior management.

Sr. Engineer – Estimation is responsible accurately estimate the cost, time, materials, labor, and equipment required for a specific project. They perform cost analyses, determine the duration of a project and ensure that resources are managed and deadlines are met.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: -

• Analysis of relevant tender documents
• Evaluating tender related documents, designs, drawings and schedules.
• Liaising with Suppliers / Manufacturers.
• Conducting comparison studies based on supplier's quotations.
• Engagement with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of product.
• Based on client's budget constraints for any specific project, carrying out value engineering studies.
• Maintaining all certification, documentation and records in relations to the projects.
• Pricing of tender/BOQ with respect to defined profits.
• Reviewing and recording the existing revenue estimates of the company, tallying the records with previous estimates with current results, considering the difference in current estimation analysis for accurate results, etc.
• Making Pre-Qualification documents, both standards as well project specific
• Develop and maintain intelligence regarding trends in cost of services, materials, and commodities in the various regions in which the company operates.
• Create and maintain project tracking tools and reports for senior management

Qualifications and Education Requirements: -

Engineering Degree with 4 to 7 years of experience in Estimation.

Preferred Skills: -

• He should have basic English language skills oral and written at a proficient level.
• Use his interpersonal skills to communicate with individuals at all levels internally and externally.
• Show computer proficiency in relations to MS Office (Excel) & software (SAP, Salesforce) programs as required to accomplish his responsibilities.
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers and clients.
• Team player
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
