Job summary

Opportunity Engineers Solution is seeking an MEP Estimation Engineer for an on-site Bengaluru role. You will prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, develop BOQs, and support tender submissions while coordinating with project teams.

Qualifications

• BOQ preparation and cost estimation for MEP and building services.

Role Description

The MEP Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in building projects. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves analyzing drawings and specifications, preparing BOQs, coordinating with project teams, and supporting tender submissions. The role includes conducting quantity take-offs, evaluating vendor and subcontractor quotations, and assisting in negotiations to achieve cost-effective solutions. The engineer will collaborate with design and project management teams, maintain estimation records and databases, and support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives. Regular interaction with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify scope, resolve estimation-related queries, and refine cost assumptions is a key part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications
