Job summary

Brigade Group, a real estate leader in India, seeks a Quality & Compliance professional to drive QMS implementation aligned with ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. The role covers quality audits, internal reporting, and ensuring documentation across departments.

You will lead migration of legacy processes to SAP, coordinate EHS training, and develop department MIS while maintaining certifications and compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• BE in Civil with 5+ years in the Quality & Business Excellence Function within the Real Estate industry.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain QMS per ISO standards.
• Conduct quality audits with external agencies.
• Prepare inspection/test plan reports.
• Migrate legacy systems to SAP and ensure integration with departments.
• Develop quarterly department MIS.

Job description

• Quality Management Systems (QMS) based on ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 etc. requirements
• Quality Manual
• Process models such as CMM, CMMI and improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma
• Implementation of ‘Brigade Standards of Excellence’; Identify Quality certifications linked to Organizational strategy and provide inputs to the Head – Planning, Quality & Systems
• Conduct quality audits along with external agencies.
• Prepare reports as per approved inspection and test plans
• Assist in the smooth migration of all legacy systems & processes (including QMS) to SAP; Work closely with all Internal Departments to address integration issues
• Work closely with the Manager – Training to coordinate training of employees across Departments on EHS regulations & standards
• Maintain a database of all EHS documents, notifications, inspection & audit documents, certifications and other related documentation
• Lead the development of periodic Department MIS
