Job summary

Growth For Impact is seeking a Quality & Business Excellence lead with a BE in Civil and 5+ years in Real Estate quality roles. You will drive project planning, knowledge management and implement quality certifications aligned with organizational strategy.

You will maintain EHS documentation, coordinate audits with external agencies, and prepare MIS reports for informed decision making across departments.

Qualifications

• BE in Civil with 5+ years of experience in Civil/Real Estate quality roles.
• Experience in Real Estate industry quality & business excellence.
• Familiar with data analysis tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Implement Knowledge Management Framework.
• Implement quality certifications linked to organizational strategy.
• Conduct quality audits with external agencies.
• Prepare reports per approved inspection and test plans.
• Assist migration of legacy systems to SAP.
• Coordinate training on EHS regulations & standards.
• Maintain a database of EHS documents, notifications, inspection & audit documents, certifications and other related documentation.
• Lead the development of periodic Department MIS.

ROLE

• – Involve in implementation of Project Planning & Management Framework
• – Involve in implementation of Knowledge Management Framework
• – Implement quality certifications linked to Organizational strategy
• – Conduct quality audits along with external agencies
• – Prepare reports as per approved inspection and test plans
• – Assist in the smooth migration of all legacy systems & processes to SAP
• – Work closely with all Internal Departments to address integration issues
• – Coordinate training of employees across Departments on EHS regulations & standards
• – Maintain a database of all EHS documents, notifications, inspection & audit documents, certifications and other related documentation
• – Lead the development of periodic Department MIS
