Job summary

Tata Communications is seeking an experienced CDN/WAAP and security specialist to manage and optimize web performance solutions, ensuring high availability and protection against threats. The role requires hands-on expertise with Akamai or Cloudflare and strong ITSM experience.

Responsibilities include configuring caching, SSL/TLS, and DNS rules, monitoring incidents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployments and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech/MCA with 5+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with Akamai and/or Cloudflare platforms.
• Strong knowledge of CDN, DDoS, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, and WAF/WAAP technologies.
• Experience in DDoS mitigation and web application security.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.

Qualification and Relevant Experience:

B.E./B.Tech. /MCA with at least 5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and troubleshoot CDN, WAAP, DNS, and DDoS protection services.


• Configure caching, security policies, SSL/TLS certificates, and traffic-routing rules.


• Monitor platform performance and resolve L2/L3 incidents within SLA timelines.
