Job summary

Tata Communications in Delhi is seeking a CDN/Waap/DDoS Engineer to manage and support CDN, WAAP, DDoS and web performance solutions, ensuring high availability, security and optimal application performance.

Role requires BE/BTech/MCA with at least 2 years of experience and hands-on experience with Akamai and/or Cloudflare platforms, with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot CDN, WAAP, DNS, and DDoS protection services.
• Configure caching, security policies, SSL/TLS certificates, and traffic-routing rules.
• Monitor platform performance and resolve L2/L3 incidents within SLA timelines.
• Perform change management, RCA, and service optimization activities.
• Work closely with application, network, and security teams during deployments and incidents.
• Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and automation scripts.

Role Summary

Qualification And Relevant Experience

B.E./B.Tech. /MCA with at least 2 years of experience.
