The ideal candidate has a BE/BTech/MCA with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Akamai or Cloudflare, plus strong DNS, TLS/SSL, and web security knowledge. Collaboration with multiple teams is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot CDN, WAAP, DNS, and DDoS protection services.
• Configure caching, security policies, SSL/TLS certificates, and traffic-routing rules.
• Monitor platform performance and resolve L2/L3 incidents within SLA timelines.
• Perform change management, RCA, and service optimization activities.
• Work closely with application, network, and security teams during deployments and incidents.
• Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and automation scripts.

Qualification and Relevant Experience:

B.E./B.Tech. /MCA with at least 2 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and troubleshoot CDN, WAAP, DNS, and DDoS protection services.
• Configure caching, security policies, SSL/TLS certificates, and traffic-routing rules.
• Monitor platform performance and resolve L2/L3 incidents within SLA timelines.

Required Skills:
