Job summary

Genpact is seeking a ServiceNow specialist in Bengaluru to design, develop, and customize ServiceNow modules aligned with business needs. The role involves configuring workflows, forms, reports, and integrations while delivering reliable, scalable solutions.

You will provide expert troubleshooting, perform QA testing, and stay current with best practices to drive ongoing innovation and improvements in the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree as listed; relevant Software/IT background expected.
