Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Planisware Enterprise (PPM) experience.
• Strong administration, configuration, and production support for Planisware.
• Experience troubleshooting incidents, defect analysis, and resolution.
• Experience with SQL queries and database analysis.
• Experience creating dashboards and data visualizations in Power BI.
• Familiarity with incident/change processes in ServiceNow.
