Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Platform Lead Portfolio Management (Planisware) to join our Digital, Data & IT (DDIT) team. In this role, you will manage and continually advance our Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solution based on Planisware, serving as the technology lead for the platform and driving its enhancement in close collaboration with our existing DDIT team and our Healthcare R&D function.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Platform management: Lead end-to-end management, performance, and integrity of the Planisware platform, while owning selected delivery projects to continuously improve the solution
• Data & integrations: Establish, enforce, and continuously improve data standards, data flows and system integrations
• Stakeholder engagement: Engage and align sponsors, business owners, the user community, and the vendor, providing best practice guidance across all relevant groups
• Governance & operations: Drive system governance, configuration management, and release management; oversee budgets, service levels, and capacity planning
• Compliance & security: Ensure cybersecurity standards and regulatory compliance are met at all times

Who You Are

• Master's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, natural sciences, engineering, or business
• At least 6-7 years of hands‑on experience introducing or managing Planisware as a PPM solution
• Proven track record of project engagements in R&D organizations; experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a strong plus
• Strong understanding of industry data standards and data governance concepts
• Proactive and self‑motivated mindset with a passion for working in teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build consensus
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Relevant Planisware certifications are a plus
