Job summary

Magna Steyr seeks a Senior Design Engineer to lead the design and validation of interior systems, ensuring structural performance, manufacturability and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate cross-functionally, mentor junior engineers and drive innovation to deliver robust interior solutions.

Responsibilities include leading concept development, detailed design, and integration of interior components such as instrument panels, floor consoles, door trims and interior trims.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification BE / DME in Mechanical/production/automobile stream.
• 7–10 years if BE; 8–11 years if DME.
• 3D modeling and 2D drawing using CAD software (Catia V5).
• Knowledge of GD&T and data management.
