• Ownership of individual projects, working in sync with design and account management teams, occasionally with other leaders.
• Experience working on print, web, and branding projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop fresh concepts and ideas, present them to the team, and collaborate with designers and account managers.
• Attend client meetings for new projects, asking the right questions to gather data needed for the project.
• Create content maps, sitemaps, content inventories, wireframes, and produce website, brochure, landing page, and other marketing collateral copy.
• Research and understand client requirements, study consumer psychology, and conduct preliminary market research to ideate long‑term and short‑term campaigns as per brand requirements.
• Generate brand names, taglines, brand stories, values, mission, vision, core values, and philosophies to define brand identity.
• Continuously propose innovative creative marketing ideas for a range of clients.
• Accompany the team to client meetings and site visits.
• Participate in organizational upskilling initiatives such as training programs, conclaves, and online courses to improve work quality and approach.
• Support other teams, including HR, for internal activities, events, and brand initiatives.
• Guide junior copywriters whenever required.
