Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to design and implement enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The role leads technical direction, integration development, and platform governance across large-scale deployments for global clients.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable, secure technical designs while staying current with platform innovations and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology; Master's in Software Engineering preferred.
• Certifications in integration platforms (Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) are advantageous.
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow platform design, integration patterns, and enterprise-scale deployments.
