Genpact is seeking a Sr. Consultant for Enterprise Applications focused on Oracle and Dynamics 365 integration. The role requires deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps, Copilot Studio integrations with ERP/CRM systems, and strong client-facing communication.

You will engage in technical analysis, design integrations, and deliver client-ready solutions, while working independently in a hybrid India-based environment. Strong Oracle certifications and CRM expertise are valued.

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM modules and integration design.
• Ability to prepare proposals, responses, and contracts; strong communication and client interaction.
• Experience with developing creative and client-pleasing solutions to complex issues.
