Job summary

Genpact Hyderabad seeks a Principal Consultant for High Radius to drive solution architecture in a fast-growth setting. You will lead requirements sessions, map as-is to to-be designs, and own the business process for multiple textile projects, delivering documented solutions to clients.

You will partner with product and engineering teams, present options, and mitigate risks while maintaining executive-level relationships and effective communication.

Qualifications

• High experience in F&A domain; Order to Cash / Accounts Receivable.
• Knowledge of High Radius tool.
• Experience as Solution Architect / AR Analyst / AR Manager or equivalent role.
• Strong SQL knowledge and data-driven design mindset.
• Excellent MS Office skills and ERP knowledge (Oracle, SAP).
• Ability to communicate with executive stakeholders and drive sign-offs.

Responsibilities

• Act as POD lead / Solution Architect for multiple projects.
• Gather requirements and design future processes with stakeholders.
• Own business process design and solution for assigned projects.
• Conduct client demos and obtain buy-in on proposed designs.
• Identify gaps and propose closure options with risks.
• Interact with executives and product/engineering teams to align on solutions.
