Job summary

Live Connections in Chennai is seeking a seasoned Component Engineer to drive component selection, lifecycle management and alternates for electronics manufacturing programs.

You will review AML, handle EOL/PCN notifications, ensure compliance, availability and cost optimization, and support process improvements and KPI monitoring.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in component engineering or electronics manufacturing.
• Knowledge of AML, EOL/PCN processes, and cost optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify form-fit-function component equivalents and alternates.
• Maintain and review AML (Approved Manufacturer List).

Manage component selection, lifecycle, and alternates ensuring availability, compliance, and design support for electronics manufacturing programs.
