UKG is seeking energetic, customer‑focused individuals to provide world‑class service to our Managed Services UKGPro customers. The Lead Business Applications Analyst serves as the advanced subject matter expert within the Center of Excellence (COE) for People Analytics solutions. This role leads the design and delivery of complex reporting initiatives, provides architectural oversight for People Analytics security and data design, and drives best practices across Managed Services. The Lead acts as an escalation point for high‑complexity People Analytics issues, mentors analysts across levels, and influences strategic reporting direction within the organization. Qualified candidates are self‑starters with exceptional organizational and problem‑solving skills who are highly‑motivated to provide excellent customer service. Candidates will also possess a general knowledge of payroll and/or human resource concepts and regulations and be comfortable working in a fast‑paced, exciting environment.
