Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking a Cerner integration specialist with experience in HL7, Mirth Connect, and interface engines. The role requires handling incident resolution, implementing Cerner Millennium projects, and collaborating with global teams. Strong communication and willingness to work shifts are essential.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree or higher and be able to gather requirements, plan scope, and deliver on schedule. Experience in LIS/RIS and other EMR systems is a plus.

Job description

A Bachelor’s or Higher Degree is the minimum entry required for the position

Experience with Cerner Application support, Incident resolution, Implementation of Cerner Millennium Projects.
Experience in configuring and troubleshooting CERNER solution functionalities/Components.
Perform complex troubleshooting investigations and documenting notes and knowledge articles.
Gather requirements and determine scope of work and plan for on time delivery.
Ability to workself sufficiently on assignedtime sensitive tasks.
Develop and maintain good relationship with peers and client, provide timely feedback to encourage success.
Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills both in written and verbal correspondence.
Ability to learn and adapt to changing landscape and acquire new skills with technology advancement and to work, coordinate with global teams.
Readiness towards work at odd hours/on call and weekends as and when needed. Should be open to shifts.

Required Skills: FSI (Foreign system Interface)

Experience in FSI (Foreign system Interface), Olympus , strong knowledge of HL7 Standards, Interface Engine, Mirth Connect, CCL Scripts, Java Scripts, cloverleaf, Open Engine/ Interfaces / Hub / MFT/ FSI Alias

Experience in LIS (Lab information system) integration, RIS (Radiology information system)

Strong knowledge of EMR applications like Cerner, Epic, Allscripts etc.
