Job summary

Gebbs Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Medical Billing. You will gather requirements, document business needs, and support the development of healthcare software products.

Responsibilities include BRD/PRD/SRS creation, stakeholder management, and collaboration with Operations, Product Management, and Technology teams to drive product features and enhancements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience in healthcare software.
• Experience in US Healthcare RCM and Medical Billing.
• Experience creating BRD, PRD, SRS, and User Stories.
• Familiarity with AR workflow, denial management, and eligibility processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from Operations, Clients, and Stakeholders.
• Prepare BRD, PRD, User Stories, and Functional Specifications.
• Work with Product Managers to define features and enhancements.
• Act as a bridge between Operations and Development teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and reviews.
• Support UAT and validate delivered functionalities.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong knowledge of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Medical Billing (provider). The candidate will work closely with Operations, Product Management, and Technology teams to gather requirements, document business needs, and support the development of healthcare software products.

Roles Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from Operations, Clients, and Stakeholders.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and walkthrough meetings.
• Prepare BRD, PRD, User Stories, and Functional Specifications.
• Work closely with Product Managers to define product features and enhancements.
• Act as a bridge between Operations teams and Development teams.
• Clarify business requirements and support developers during implementation.
• Create process flows, use cases, and workflow documentation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and review meetings.
• Support UAT and validate delivered functionalities.
• Coordinate with QA, Development, Operations, and Leadership teams.

Qualification

Mandatory Experience

• Minimum 7 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Mandatory experience in US Healthcare.
• Experience in Medical Billing, Medical Coding, or Revenue Cycle Management.
• Experience working with Software Product Development teams.
