The ideal candidate will be responsible for eliciting and documenting business requirements, collaborating with engineering teams on API-based solutions, and supporting data-driven initiatives across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities

Providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support for EHR and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) systems, including issue triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of user-reported incidents. Experienced in workflow analysis, data validation, and cross-system issue tracing between EHR, CRM, and billing systems. Ensures data accuracy, system reliability, and user satisfaction through strong analytical and communication skills.

Secondary Responsibilities

Performing light configuration changes or system adjustments as needed to resolve production issues. Skilled in data analysis, SQL querying, and root cause investigation across application and database layers. Collaborates with engineering teams and vendors to address integration issues, support release deployments, and identify opportunities for process improvement in EHR/RCM workflows.
