Job summary

• Lead end-to-end analysis of telecom order management processes to identify gaps, streamline workflows, and ensure timely service delivery across the customer lifecycle.
• Drive business requirements for Camunda BPM solutions by engaging stakeholders, clarifying objectives, and translating needs into implementable process models.
• Collaborate with technical teams on mainframe modernization initiatives by mapping legacy capabilities to modern architectures and ensuring continuity of critical telecom functions.
• Develop detailed process maps and Visio diagrams to communicate current and target state workflows to business and technology stakeholders.
• Coordinate portfolio and project management activities by tracking demand, prioritizing initiatives, and aligning outcomes with strategic goals in telecom.
• Analyze and refine order capture, validation, and fulfillment journeys to reduce fallouts and shorten cycle times.
• Partner with operations and product teams to ensure process changes are feasible, measurable, and aligned with quality standards and regulatory expectations.
