Job summary

RAAPID in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, is seeking a mid-level Business Analyst/Product Owner to help manage backlogs, translate strategies into user stories, and collaborate with agile teams on AI-powered risk adjustment products for the US healthcare market.

You will work with Product Management to evolve the roadmap and apply domain knowledge to product decisions, with CSPO certification and SaaS experience viewed as strong assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Healthcare, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in SaaS, platform, or API-based products in US healthcare industry.
• Exposure to the Risk Adjustment / Value Based Care in Healthcare domain is a strong plus.
• Using AI tools for day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize product and release backlogs in alignment with the product roadmap.
• Translate high-level product strategies into detailed, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identify dependencies and risks, proactively addressing them to ensure smooth delivery.
• Act as a liaison between product managers and agile development teams to ensure shared understanding and clarity.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Grooming, Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, etc.)
• Evaluate sprint progress and help refine processes for improved delivery and team collaboration.
• Assist in maintaining and evolving the product roadmap in partnership with Product Management.
• Understand the U.S. healthcare Risk Adjustment landscape and integrate domain knowledge into product decisions.
