Job summary

Innovaccer seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead Galaxy, the AI cloud for payer risk and quality, unifying data models and enabling risk adjustment, quality measures, and FWA detection. You will work with clinicians, data scientists, engineers and analytics to meet CMS rules and payer needs, with strong collaboration across US clients and India-based teams.

You will drive product strategy, coordinate gap closure across channels, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering impactful,

Qualifications

• Product management experience in health tech or healthcare.
• Experience with AI technologies in product development is preferred.
• Strong understanding of CMS programs, RAF/HCC, RADV and HEDIS.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration across clinical, technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy and roadmap for Galaxy across risk adjustment and quality.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science and design to deliver intuitive workflows.
• Define success metrics and track product performance.
• Engage payer customers to gather feedback and validate direction.
• Monitor regulatory changes and adapt product strategy accordingly.
