Job summary

Wireworks, a division of Infiniti Power, invites applications for a Sr BIM Modeler/Coordinator in Mumbai. You will lead BIM modeling for hyperscale datacenter projects, develop execution plans, set standards, and coordinate cross-functional teams across data center disciplines.

Required: 6-10 years in Telecom ICT ELV BIM modeling, BE/BTech or diploma, Autodesk REVIT (preferred), Navisworks, AutoCAD. Strong English/Hindi communication. Travel as needed; own conveyance is required.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of BIM modeling experience in telecom ICT ELV for hyperscale datacenters.
• BE/BTech, Diploma or any graduate minimum qualifications.
• Autodesk REVIT MEP (preferred) with Navisworks and AutoCAD familiarity.
• Strong English and Hindi or native language communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM execution plans, standards & protocols
• Manage BIM-related project risks and issues
• Develop and maintain data management systems and workflows
• Create and manage 3D models, 2D drawings, and data sheets
• Develop and implement quality control processes for BIM models
• Ensure timely delivery of BIM models and data to project stakeholders
• Identify and address quality issues and discrepancies
• Implement corrective actions to improve BIM model quality
• Meet client expectations and concerns related to BIM implementation
• Review the LOD 300/350 model received from Client and develop the Shop drawings

• Experience in using Collaboration platforms like BIM 360, ACC, Procore, Aconex.
• Experience in Developing LOD400 And 500 model of Data center and High-rise building.
• Clash detection and resolution.
