Job summary

DataCore in Kozhikode, Kerala invites a BIM/ICT modelling specialist to develop LOD 400/500 models for data centers and smart building systems. You will create COBie data, build family components, and draft electrical schedules to support ICT infrastructure.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and ICT professionals, run clash detection with Navisworks and Solibri, help implement designs in Revit, and contribute to BIM standards and training for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Certification in Autodesk Revit or BIM Management.
• Experience in data center projects, smart buildings, or telecommunications.
• Knowledge of scripting or automation tools (Dynamo, Python, Grasshopper).
• Familiarity with IFC standards and COBie data.

Responsibilities

• LOD 400 and LOD 500 model development.

• Generate accurate construction documentation and shop drawings.
• Support digital twin development and integration for smart building operations.
• Provide training and support to internal and external stakeholders on BIM and ICTrelated workflows.
