Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior BIM Modeler to lead the development, coordination, and management of Building Information Models across engineering and construction projects. The role requires strong expertise in 3D modeling, interdisciplinary coordination, and BIM standards implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and review BIM models in accordance with project requirements
• Prepare detailed 3D models, shop drawings, and construction drawings
• Perform clash detection and coordination using tools like Navisworks
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and project specifications
• Extract BOQs, schedules, and material quantities from BIM models
• Lead model updates based on design revisions and site inputs
• Support project lifecycle stages: design, execution, and handover
• Mentor junior BIM modelers and support team development

Required Skills & Software

• Advanced proficiency in Revit (Structure / MEP / Architecture)
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks
• Deep understanding of BIM workflows, LOD standards, and coordination processes
• Familiarity with construction methodologies and building systems
• Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities

Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• BIM / Revit certification preferred

Experience

5+ years of relevant BIM modeling experience

Industry Experience Preferred
