Job summary

Balfour Beatty Infrastructure India Pvt Ltd is seeking a BIM Engineer to create and maintain accurate 3D models using BIM software for architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines. You will support design and construction teams to ensure models meet project standards and enable cross-disciplinary coordination.

The role requires 4–8 years of BIM modelling experience, proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Navisworks, and a collaborative, detail-oriented approach to deliver high-impact global

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil, or related field.
• 4–8 years of BIM modelling experience on construction projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Navisworks.
• Knowledge of clash detection and model coordination.
• Familiarity with BIM 360 or similar collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Interpret design drawings and specifications to create accurate digital models.
• Generate 2D drawings and construction documentation from BIM models.
• Conduct clash detection and produce reports to resolve design conflicts.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model accuracy.
• Update models based on design revisions and project changes.
• Maintain BIM libraries and create parametric families as required.
• Support BIM Execution Plans and adhere to company BIM standards.
• Assist in quantity take-offs and cost estimation using BIM data.
• Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical input.

About the role
