Role Description

The Sr Barista role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Sr Barista will prepare and serve specialty coffee and espresso-based beverages, oversee daily café operations, and support the bakehouse offerings to ensure product quality and consistency. This role includes welcoming guests, taking orders, handling payments, and providing attentive customer service while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace. The Sr Barista will help train junior team members, manage inventory and equipment upkeep, and uphold brand standards in beverage preparation and presentation. Collaboration with the roasting and bakehouse teams to introduce new menu items and improve service processes is also an important part of the role.
