Job summary

Role Description

This full-time Barista role is an on-site position located in Rajkot at SARAZA Bakery & Café. The Barista prepares and serves a range of hot and cold coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and presentation standards. Responsibilities include operating coffee equipment, handling bakery items, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and seating area, and ensuring accurate order taking and billing. The Barista interacts with guests in a courteous and professional manner, responds to questions about menu items, and supports the team during peak hours. The role also involves stocking supplies, monitoring product quality, and collaborating with kitchen and bakery staff to deliver a smooth, high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing capabilities, including Customer Service, Interpersonal Skills, and Communication skills.
• Hands-on Barista skills, including beverage preparation, coffee equipment operation, and basic drink customization.
• Foundational Food Preparation skills relevant to café and bakery service, with attention to hygiene and safety standards.
