Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based at Amelia in Mumbai. The Barista will prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffees, teas, and other beverages, following established recipes and presentation standards. Daily responsibilities include operating coffee equipment, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and ensuring timely service during peak hours. The Barista will interact with guests, take orders, answer questions about the menu, and provide a friendly, attentive customer experience. The role also involves supporting basic food preparation tasks at the beverage station, restocking supplies, and collaborating with the wider service team to maintain smooth operations.
