Schneider Electric in India is seeking a Tendering/Commercial offers professional for MV Switchgear (AIS & GIS) projects. You will perform RFQ analysis, prepare costing, and assemble offer documentation with data from the opportunity leader.

You will support the Tender leader, ensure timely RFQ uploads in bFO, interpret customer specs, and escalate issues when dates cannot be met. Regular SIM meetings and ETO toolbox handovers are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Day-to-day analysis of Request For Quotations.
• Prepare costing using standard processes and tools.
• Prepare offer documentation validated by the opportunity leader.
• Perform simple risk analysis when required.

Responsabilités

• Offers can be standalone tender (ETO Category D) or internal solutions (ETO Category B/C).
• Support Tender leader in day-to-day tendering activities.
• Process RFQs to meet customer requested dates; escalate if unable to meet dates.
• Interpret customer specifications to ensure correct requirements.
• Clarify ambiguities with opportunity leader before uploading RFQ in bFO.
• Ensure all terms and conditions are per standard; raise deviations to Tendering Manager before upload.
• Prepare handover documents per ETO Toolbox Classification.
• Attend handover and local SIM meetings; assist Tendering Manager with other unit SIM meetings.
• Encourage self-development via Schneider University or external training.

Job Summary

Mission Perform customer projects bids and commercial offers for MV Switchgear products (AIS & GIS) Order Input for AIS/GIS as per allocated regions and targets

Responsibilities

• Responsible of the day-to-day analysis of Request For Quotations
• Prepare costing using standard processes and tools.
• Prepare offer documentation consistent validated data which has been provided by opportunity leader (team) inside bFO.
• Perform simple risk analysis if required.
• Offers can be stand alone tender ( ETO Category D) or internal solutions more complex (ETO Category B/C).
• Provide support to the Tender leader in the day-to-day actions of the tendering team.
• Process customer Request For Quotations efficiently to meet the customer requested date.
• If you are unable to meet customer requested date, then escal to Tender manager for review.
• Interpret customer specifications to ensure the correct requirements are delivered.
• Any ambiguities must be clarified with opportunity leader prior to uploading Request For Quotation in bFO.
• Ensure customer and opportunity leader are aware of any non-compliance in the offer.
• Ensure all Terms and Conditions are as per standard.
• Any deviations from standard Terms and Conditions must be raised to Tendering Manager prior to offer being upload to bFO.
• Prepare hand over documents as per ETO Toolbox Classification.
• Attend handover meeting as a representative from the tendering team.
• Attend and participate to local SIM meetings.
• If request support Tendering Manager in attending other unit SIM team meetings.
• Undertake encourage self development, either through Schneider University, e-learning or external training.
