Responsibilities

• Accurately post payments (ERA/EOB) into the billing system.
• Analyze and process insurance and patient payments.
• Identify and handle denials, rejections, and underpayments.
• Ensure proper adjustment posting (contractual, write-offs, etc.).
• Reconcile posted payments with bank deposits.
• Work on denial codes and take necessary corrective actions.
• Coordinate with AR/Claims team for unresolved issues.
• Maintain daily productivity and quality targets.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational guidelines.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly reports as required.
