Job summary

WNS Holdings in Gurugram is seeking a Patient Payments RCM Specialist with 2+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM to join our finance operations. The role focuses on patient collections, self-pay AR, and financial responsibility coordination within payer-driven workflows.

You will handle payment posting, POS collections, patient portals, and work with Epic EHR and PM systems, applying ICD-10-CM and CPT coding to ensure accurate billing and timely collections.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Patient Payments/Collections within US Healthcare RCM.
• Familiarity with Epic EHR and Practice Management (PM) systems.
• Knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPT coding and payer policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage Patient Collections and Self-Pay AR.
• Handle Patient Financial Responsibility (copays, deductibles, coinsurance).
• Process Payment Posting and resolve discrepancies.
• Support POS Collections and Patient Payment Plans.
• Assist patients with Patient Portal/Digital Payments solutions.
• Work with Epic EHR and PM systems.
• Review billing information using ICD-10-CM and CPT codes.
• Apply payer reimbursement policies to resolve issues.
