Job summary

Primera Medical Technologies Pvt ltd. seeks a Payment Posting Team Lead to guide the billing team in accurate posting of insurance and patient payments, review of remittance advice, and reconciliation of accounts. The role focuses on productivity, quality, and process improvements within RCM.

The candidate will coach and develop staff, generate performance reports, and collaborate across Billing, AR, and Denials teams to optimize cash flow.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Medical Billing/RCM with payment posting expertise.
• Prior team leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of EOBs, ERAs, EFTs and insurance payment processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and Excel skills.
• At least one year in a lead role

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily payment posting operations and team performance.
• Ensure accurate posting of payments, adjustments, and write-offs.
• Review EOBs, ERAs, EFTs and resolve posting discrepancies.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and SLA compliance.

Job Summary:

Lead and manage the Payment Posting team to ensure accurate and timely posting of insurance and patient payments, reconciliation of accounts, quality compliance, and achievement of productivity targets. Provide team guidance, monitor performance, resolve payment discrepancies, and drive process improvements within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) function.

Role & responsibilities
