Job summary

Sutherland is seeking an organized and goal-oriented Sr. Associate - Network Administration to join our IT network team in Mumbai. You will work with Cisco routers and switches, install, configure, and troubleshoot devices, and monitor network performance to ensure availability and reliability.

You will provide Level-2 support, liaise with vendors, and operate in day/night shifts as part of a collaborative team, helping resolve issues within SLAs and maintaining service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with CCNA and 5+ years networking experience or CCNP with 3+ years experience.
• Experience with routers and switches, VLANs, STP and HSRP.
• Knowledge of network protocols and routing basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level-2 network support within SLA.

Job Description

Strong experience in various Cisco network devices (Routers, switches)

Installation , configuration, and very strong troubleshooting experience in Cisco devices

Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability

Should be willing to work on shifts (both day and night) and should be ready to work in a team.

Provide Level- 2 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues within SLA.

Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

Qualifications

Hands experience on - IOS up-gradation, password breaking of Router & Switches, knowledge Routing protocol in BGP

Switching - VLAN, VTP, STP, inter VLAN routing, HSRP, stacking.

Bachelor’s degree with CCNA and 5 Yrs experience or CCNP with more than 3 years’ experience
