Summary:

Senior Associate - French B2B role is a corporate job requiring business-level French proficiency (B2 level) to handle client communication, account management, sales support, or operations for French-speaking enterprise clients.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
• Prior experience in International Voice Process
• Responsible for calling customers and following up on overdue invoices across various delinquency stages within scope.
• Perform customer account maintenance, including updating and maintaining account-related information.
• Handle account and payment-related queries received from the Accounts Payable (AP) team.
• Coordinate and interact with internal teams such as Billing, Originations, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Handle customer disputes, investigate issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Perform invoice reconciliation, including credit rebills, invoice splitting, PO changes, and adjustments as per process scope.
• Prepare and maintain basic Excel-based reports and perform analysis on assigned collection inventory/accounts.
