Job summary

Gratitude Inc in Mumbai/Gurugram is seeking a French Language Executive to support customer success and operations. The role requires strong written and spoken French (B1-B2+), plus solid computer skills, and willingness to work night shifts on a 24x7 rotational schedule at office locations.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of BPO experience and must be comfortable with WFO. Ex-TCS candidates are not eligible for this position.
