Job summary

Genpact seeks a Sr. Associate - F&A - R2R to join its General Accounting team. You will oversee reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, and intercompany activities, driving accuracy and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review day-to-day activities in General Accounting, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Handle Month End Close activities and close processes.
• Manage Fixed Assets capitalization and maintenance.
• Oversee Intercompany Accounting and Bank reconciliations.
• Prepare Corporate Reporting and respond to audit requests.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and improvements

Review team’s day to day activities, including but not limited to Account Reconciliations, journal entries, reports, audit requests, analysis, and other requests Month End Close Activities Fixed Assets Capitalization and Maintenance Intercompany Accounting Bank and Investment Reconciliations General Ledger Reconciliations Fixed Assets Reconciliations (FA Clearing & SL-GL) Identifying balancing items and its clearance Escheat Reconciliations Corporate Reporting Internal and External Audit SOX Compliance Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements
