Genpact is seeking a Specialist - F&A - R2R to manage month-end close, reporting and consolidations. You will review journal entries, perform reconciliations, and support intercompany processes while driving process improvements.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, regulatory compliance, and familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle/SAP. Evening shifts in India with opportunities to influence global finance operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce, economics or finance is required.
• Postgraduate finance qualification is preferred.
• Advanced certifications in compliance and finance are advantageous.

Job Description

• Responsible for all the activities related to month end closing activities. Reporting & consolidations. Ensure adherence and meeting the KPIs / SLA and review the timely execution of controls. Drive the audit deliverables and timely submission of evidence in line with requirements. Produce quarterly, annual and audited statutory financial statements.


• Review & Posting of Month End Journal Entries.


• Review & Performing Month End Close activities. Prepare & Review of Balance sheet Accounts Reconciliations.


• Handle quarterly intercompany process. Resolution of Balancing Items. Experienced Accounting Knowledge (With Closing & reporting experience).


• Build customer relationship, drive confidence, and improve customer happiness and lead all the process update calls with customers whenever required.


• Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements.
