Genpact (UK) Limited is seeking a Sr. Associate in F&A - R2R to oversee day-to-day General Accounting activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and corporate reporting.

You will contribute to month-end close, intercompany accounting, fixed assets, and audit processes in a dynamic, AI-driven environment. The role demands strong R2R experience, analytical skills, and the ability to implement improvements across accounting processes while collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA or equivalent are a plus.
• Experience in General Accounting, R2R and related processes is required.

Responsabilités

• Perform month-end close activities and financial reconciliations.
• Handle fixed assets capitalization and maintenance.
• Manage intercompany accounting and bank/investment reconciliations.
• Prepare and review general ledger reconciliations and corporate reporting.
• Support internal and external audits and SOX compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to General Accounting domain. Review team’s day to day activities, including but not limited to Account Reconciliations, journal entries, reports, audit requests, analysis, and other requests
