Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Professional certifications in AP, CAMS, CFE and related fields listed.
• Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process customer invoices accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Validate billing data, rates, contracts, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and invoice rejections.
• Track pending invoices, credit notes, adjustments, and billing corrections.
• Maintain billing trackers and provide regular status reports.
• Identify recurring billing issues and support process improvements.
• Respond to billing-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
