Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Billing and Invoicing: ensure timely billing and accuracy.
• Monitor and update customer details in CRM.
• Process invoice corrections – credits & rebills.
• Handle queries from field teams via email.
• Support and drive metrics and update work instructions.
