Job summary

Genpact India is seeking an Associate - F&A for I2C to manage end-to-end billing, invoicing, and CRM data maintenance in a hybrid work setting. This role emphasizes accuracy, timely execution, and collaboration with field teams to optimize financial processes.

Ideal candidates hold degrees in Accounting/Commerce/Economics/Finance (Masters in Finance preferred) and possess strong English communication. Certifications in AP/ AML are advantageous, with a focus on delivering measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Commerce/Economics/Finance or Master's in Finance.
• Professional certifications related to Accounts Payable and AML are a plus.
• Fluent English communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Billing and Invoicing.
• Ensure timely billing execution and billing accuracy.
• Monitor, review and update the Customer details in CRM.
• Invoice corrections – Credits & Rebills.
• Emails queries/requests from field teams.
• Support and drive metrics.
• Update Work Instructions.
