Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking an experienced Sr. Associate - F&A to drive end-to-end AR and cash application processes for our I2C team in India.

You’ll handle collection calls, invoice delivery, and real-time reconciliation while coordinating with multiple entities to manage aging receivables and disputes. The role requires strong fundamentals in accounting/finance, proficiency with SAP and Excel, and experience in AR/ARM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Experience in AR/Cash Application and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with real estate accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make collection calls and email/invoice customers; mail hard copies as requested.
• Perform cash allocation and DRR to ensure timely reconciliation.
• Handle AR across multiple entities and aging buckets.
• Work with internal teams to resolve disputes and inquiries.
• Create and update SOPs; maintain process knowledge across AR value chain.

Get to know us at genpact.com and on LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Facebook.**Job Description**Making collection calls to the customers, emailing/faxing invoices or getting hard copies mailed out to customers as per their requests.Understanding of all aspects of Cash allocation in accordance with customer remittances including deep validation experience and report out to business.Cash Application Allocating payments in accordance with customer remittances.Collaborating closely between all entities of AR (different entities) and keep track of all aged receivables including current ageing buckets.Act as Subject Matter Specialist for the AR processes, complete know-how and understanding of the AR value chain.
