Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is hiring for an Accounts Receivable specialist in a hybrid setup in India. You will handle collection calls, email/fax invoices, and manage cash applications across AR processes for a large client. You will collaborate with diverse entities, validate remittances, and ensure DRR is completed accurately.

You will create and update SOPs, address customer questions, and drive end-to-end AR activities. Strong English (Upper Intermediate) and relevant finance certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce, economics, finance; master's in finance preferred.
• Experience with accounts payable/receivable workflows and cash allocations.
• Familiarity with SAP and BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make collection calls to customers and email/fax invoices.
• Perform cash application and allocate payments accurately to remittances.
• Collaborate across AR entities and monitor aged receivables.
• Act as Subject Matter Specialist for AR value chain processes.
• Create/update SOPs and process improvements.
