Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Master's degree in Finance.
• Professional certifications in Accounts Payable / Cash Application are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make collection calls to customers and email invoices or obtain hard copies as requested.
• Understand and perform cash allocation and AR value chain activities.
• Perform cash application and allocate payments per remittances.
• Reconcile orders with customer books and resolve disputes with internal teams.
• Create and update SOPs and respond to client queries with timely resolutions.
