Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as specified (Accounting/Commerce/Economics/Finance).
• Proficiency in English, Upper Intermediate (B2).
• Experience with AR processes, Cash Application, and Collections.

Responsibilities

• Make collection calls to customers and email invoices; process remittances.
• Understand cash allocation and DRR reporting; ensure timely reconciliation.
• Process cash applications and reconcile orders; collaborate across AR entities.
• Manage aged receivables and resolve customer/dispute-related issues across departments.
• Update SOPs and other process documentation as needed.
